1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MedRemind ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the App.

MedRemind is operated by Fragux, located at Primavera 168, Parques Tepeyac, 45053, Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico.

2. Medical Disclaimer

MedRemind is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The App is designed to help you organize and remember your medication schedule. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The drug interaction checking, medication information, and health coaching features are powered by AI and general pharmaceutical databases. They are provided for informational purposes only and may contain errors. Always consult your healthcare provider or pharmacist before making decisions about your medications.

In case of a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately. Do not rely on MedRemind for medical emergencies.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Terms

4.1 Free Plan

The Free plan provides limited access to the App with up to 5 medications and 30 days of dose history. No payment is required.

4.2 Premium Plans

Premium subscriptions (Individual and Family) are available through Google Play, Apple App Store, or direct purchase via our website. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• Your payment method will be charged at the start of each billing period
• Prices may change with notice; existing subscriptions continue at the original price until renewal
• Promotional pricing or trial periods may be offered and will be clearly disclosed

4.3 Refunds

For purchases made through Google Play or Apple App Store, refund policies of the respective platform apply. For direct purchases, refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are processed at our discretion.

4.4 Promotional Coupons

Promotional coupons and free trial codes are subject to specific terms disclosed at the time of issuance. Free trial coupons grant temporary premium access; after the trial period expires, standard pricing applies if you choose to continue.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Share your account with unauthorized individuals
• Use the App to distribute harmful or inappropriate content
• Abuse AI features (excessive or automated requests)

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, trademarks, and design elements of MedRemind are owned by Fragux and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. User-Generated Content

Information you enter into the App (medication names, notes, health data) remains your property. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely for providing the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedRemind and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:

• Missed medication doses due to technical issues
• Inaccurate drug interaction information
• Health outcomes resulting from reliance on App features
• Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico, unless applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
