Delete Account and Data

MedRemind allows you to request deletion of your account and all associated data, or specific categories of data. This page explains what data is stored, how to request deletion, and what happens after your request is processed.
Data we store
MedRemind collects and stores the following types of user data:

How to request data deletion
You have two options:
- Delete your entire account: Use the form below. This permanently removes your account and all associated data listed above.
- Delete specific data only: If you want to keep your account but remove certain data (e.g., dose history, health profile, AI chat history), email us at privacy@medremindapp.com with your request. We will process partial deletion requests within 7 business days.
Before you proceed
- If you have an active subscription through Google Play, cancel it there first to avoid future charges.
- If you subscribed through our website (Stripe), contact us at privacy@medremindapp.com to cancel before deleting.
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
- A verification code will be sent to your email to confirm your identity.
Delete your account
For your security, we will send a 6-digit verification code to your email before processing any deletion request.
